BRADLEY NICOLSON
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Bradley is a Registered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting. He has served as Treasurer, Trustee, or Director for a range of Baptist organisations, including Delta, Glenroy, Arotahi (NZBMS), Oxford Terrace Baptist and the Upper South Baptist Association.
Bradley currently leads Baptist Resources Limited, where he particularly enjoys using his skills and experience to find creative ways churches can strengthen their ministry and mission effectiveness through better use of resources.
Based in Christchurch, Bradley lives with his wife Priscilla and their daughter Astrid. They are active members of the Oxford Terrace Baptist Community and have a real heart for overseas missions.

REUBEN SCOTT
FINANCE MANAGER
Nō Te Ātiawa Te Waka-a-Māui ia. Reuben has whakapapa to Te Ātiawa, specifically in Waikawa. He’s part of a faith rōpū (group) called Te Puna Aroha.
Reuben has a background in change management, governance, commerce and hauora (wellbeing). He has strong connections to several Baptist expressions of church, including Orbit and Arotahi (NZBMS).
Outside of work, Reuben enjoys whakapapa research, playing football, gardening and reading. -

KEIRAN O'HAGAN
STRATEGIC CONSULTANT
Kieran founded the governance and advisory firm, Lisburn Management Limited. Through his firm, he brings skills, knowledge and experience to BRL, in governance, strategy, finance, risk management, investment management and operational performance. He enjoys helping organisations pursue their long-term purpose and mission.
Kieran is married to Christine; they have two adult children and four gorgeous grandchildren. He enjoys sharing the gospel, reading history, gardening, football and spending time with family and friends. -

LAILA MENDONCA
OPERATIONS MANAGER
In her role with BRL, Laila particularly enjoys connecting the dots and ensuring projects operate smoothly and staff are well supported. Laila has been in New Zealand for eighteen years and originally hails from Sāo Paulo, Brazil.
Laila is part of New Generation Church, where she has stood alongside her husband in pastoral ministry for the past ten years. Her hobbies include hanging out with her husband and children and getting together with friends to laugh and sing. -

Mike Stanley
PROPERTY MANAGER
Mike brings a broad range of experiences to our team, having worked as an electrician, teacher, school Principal, and professional firefighter.
Mike enjoys sharing the resources he’s been blessed with and helping people with his handyman skills. His hobbies include biking, fishing, and golf. -

DONNA PATERSON
Donna is responsible for our bookkeeping and accounts. She’s a positive team player and loves helping out wherever she can.
Donna loves spending time with friends and family, and in her free time, Donna enjoys visiting new places, playing puzzles and games, and window shopping. -

SAMANTHA LUSKIE
Sam works for us in the capacity of Property and Tenancy Manager. Sam is gifted at dealing with a wide range of people and enjoys serving people with both practical and emotional support. Her hobbies include baking, cooking, going to the gym and playing sport with her son.

PAMELA BOMBI CORDEIRO
Pamela is an accounts assistant at Baptist Resources. She is originally from Sāo Paulo, Brazil and has lived in New Zealand for eight years. In her work, Pamela takes great joy in everything functioning smoothly and loves organising folders and spreadsheets. In her spare time, Pamela likes to watch Korean dramas and spend time with friends and family.

KEYANA BEECROFT
Keyana offers administrative support to our team. Outside of the BRL office Keyana enjoys dancing and creating choreography, spending time with family and binge-watching movies and TV shows,
One way Keyana enjoys serving others is by being there for them when they need help. She finds fulfilment in making things easier for others and ensuring they feel supported and valued.

DAVID COLLINS
David has managed Glenroy Lodge since 2019, ensuring it remains a well-run and welcoming place for all visitors. With a background in the Navy, electronics teaching, and emergency management, he now enjoys the lighter pace of lodge life, where the biggest stress is deciding whether the lawn needs mowing this week. David is also active in his local community and moonlights as the “organ hydrator” for his church’s pipe organ.

JOEL CARTER
Joel brings skills in marketing, photography and communication to our team. He worked for a social enterprise in India called The Loyal Workshop for ten years and enjoys interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Joel and his family live, work and worship at Oxford Terrace Baptist Church. He loves being there to lend a hand in practical ways to people and is always down for a laugh.
His hobbies include cycling, photography and languages. At the moment he’s kept busy (and tired) by his two young daughters. He’s loving the challenge of reclaiming his taonga tuku iho (treasure passed down) - Te reo Māori. -

SUE AVERY
Sue holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and currently serves on the Upper South Baptist Association Board.
Based in the Upper South, she has a real passion to see all Baptist Churches thrive and fully utilise the resources God has gifted them to reach their communities with the life changing message of the gospel.
Outside of work, Sue enjoys gardening and tramping, particularly climbing in the Richmond Ranges close to her home, and is always reading a new book. -

DANILO MORAES
Danilo is a Christian, a servant of God, a devoted husband to Nell, and a proud father of Giulia and Alicia. Originally from Bahia, Brazil, he and his family have lived in New Zealand for over twelve years. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and brings strong experience in operations, administration, and project coordination across New Zealand and Brazil.Before joining Baptist Resources Limited, Danilo directed a vehicle dealership in Christchurch, coordinated logistics for major engineering projects in Brazil, and served as Administrator and Treasurer at New Generation Church, where he continues to serve as an Elder.
He is passionate about serving people, supporting teams, and helping churches operate smoothly. Danilo enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, hosting friends, travelling, camping, following football, and worshipping God through singing.

Stuart Manning
Stuart is an architect with 30 years in his own practice, specialising in community-focused projects for churches, schools, and social housing. He has completed over 100 church projects and is driven by partnering with clients who are dedicated to serving others.In his role of Project Manager at BRL, Stuart looks forward to connecting with the Baptist church whanau to support them with their building development dreams.
Stuart loves time with his expanding family, and his gorgeous grandchildren. He enjoys architecture, sports and getting to know other people, places and cultures. Stuart and his wife, Fay attend Ilam Baptist Church.
