This work is about resourcing ministry for the future. It is not driven by profit for its own sake, but by a desire to steward resources wisely in ways that strengthen churches and trusts across our association.
Where returns are generated, they are reinvested into ministry outcomes that can bless the wider region through providing a dividend to the Upper South Baptist Association. This reflects a practical and hopeful philosophy: that careful stewardship, thoughtful development, and wise planning can create new opportunities for gospel renewal in our region.
Across the region, a number of projects are helping unlock new possibilities for churches and trusts. These include support with refinancing and funding, subdivision work that generates returns for future ministry, and residential purchases that strengthen long-term sustainability. Each project is different, but together they reflect the same heart: helping churches and trusts make wise decisions about the resources they hold, so those resources can serve God’s mission more effectively into the future.
